Bio

Jenny supports various institutional surveys and projects on teaching and learning. Her duties include collecting and analyzing data, producing reports, conducting interviews, and writing up manuscripts. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree and PhD degree both from the University of Hong Kong. Her doctoral dissertation focused on using contemporary psychometric methods to evaluate and validate scores on self-report questionnaires. She has published in a number of peer-reviewed journals and presented in a number of international conferences. Apart from research experience, she gained administrative experience in the government sector while pursuing her PhD study on a part-time basis.
